DX op 33 MHz vanuit Nederland

Hello all,
I am a VHF fan in The Netherlands and noted VHF 30-50 Mhz propagation towards The Nethelands.
In the past ( around 1990) I was able to identify quite some stations by their callsign.
I now don't hear callsigns which makes identification of station harder.
yeserday andtoday I heard four stations that I could not identify.
It is a bit difficult for me to understand the addresses mentioned, which could give a possibilty to ID the stations.

The first one is on 33.96 ( no PL code logged) mentioning a Road with number 320 and the West Boston Post Road.
( Maybe Larchmont Fire??). A recording can be heard on:

33.58 PL 114.8 mentioning Route 68

33.78 PL 77.0 giving the name ".......Valley Rescue" and mentioning Wallington, 20 Maynard Road?

30 - 35 MHz zit politie en brandweer. (althans toen in de VS)

Veel daarvan zit sinds 15 jaar op UHF.

In bergachtig gebied Oost-Turkije zit de politie daar vaak nog steeds. Dit hoorde ik van een politieman die daar op bezoek geweest was.

Het is een (minder goed) alternatief voor een repeaternetwerk. Signalen zo laag gaan vaak nog (enigszins) over bergtoppen heen en 'kleven' enigszins aan het aardoppervlak. Hoger gaat het meer en meer op het gedrag van licht lijken. Als het een zeer dunbevolkt gebied is, of er is geen geld voor repeaters dan is dit een goede keus.
