Op zich werkt hij prima to 50 Mhz, daar boven komt er geen ouput meer uit.

Helaas geen reactie op dit forum, wel een uit onverwachte hoek.

Sorry can't help you with the technical manual for your RF generator, but I have the same one with a similar fault and am trying to track it down. Mine won't tune to frequencies below 12MHz.
Attached are some photographs of the top board that might help you trace the problem.
If you do get offered the technical manual please let me know - it will save me from a world of pain.
The frequency range is set by a signal coming from the lower processor board into the top board into a 7445 relay driver which then switches coils into the tank circuit of the VCO chip MC1648 through a bank of reed relays. Currently I'm investigating the switching of the coils. If you do decide to test your coil switching BE VERY CAREFUL as it is easy to short out the relay side of the coil next to the next reed switch which will fry the MC1648.
Also the coil wiring uses very thin wire which can easily be broken.
I'm happy to keep you posted if I find the solution!
